November 2025 - Review
I think we all need a lie down! What a month. That is as busy as we have been in many, many years. A lot of the output and sales for this month have through our workshop and it has taken everyone going above and beyond to get the work out. All that led to breaking our all time sales month record by 2 pence!
At one point we’ve had Aron’s wife Kate in helping us count parts. Master Oliver was holding the office together while Mum and Dad toiled away. Lewis has split time between the router, the workshop and the van. Ian returned to Amarin Towers, along with wife Lorraine to help out too. Dan and Rhu have fought through illness to do their bit. Wanda has been a rock in the office and Aron and I have been running around covering a lot of miles delivering calendars and helping deliver orders. To say it’s been a busy one would be an understatement.
One thing I will say though is I am so proud of the way that the team have pulled together and worked for each other. Everyone has done things that I have no right to ask them to do without hesitation. The whole team are invested in our growth and know when it’s time to get their head down and graft. Unbelievable atmosphere in here this month and a genuine feeling of combined success when we’ve achieved a huge month.
The month had started with our latest breakfast meeting and it’s a good job we did that early on as I don’t think we’ve had 2 hours to spare since! Lots of interesting jobs this month including our work with carnival and lots of Christmas based jobs.
The next few days is Lewis and mine birthday. In December we celebrate 4 years of Rhu, and what a 4 years its been. Before we close the doors on 23rd December we’ve got a Christmas night out, match sponsorship at Yeovil Town FC and a lot of work to do! December’s order book is stacked and the festive clocking is ticking so I better get on with it…
