Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate has an excellent impact resistance and high optical purity; it is half the weight of glass and many times stronger. It is available with different surface treatments to make it UV and scratch resistant, commonly used for machine guarding and glazing. We can cut to size.

PETG

PETG has a superb impact strength with no moisture absorption and extreme clarity. Excellent for forming and fabrication, its uses include protective covers and shop fittings. We can cut to size.

Acrylic

Acrylic is a high-quality versatile material with an outstanding optical finish. It is easy to work with and is available in cast and extruded versions. It is widely used in sign and lighting applications. We can cut to size.

PVC/Hygienic Board

PVC is a versatile material with high tensile strength in sheet or rod form. Our white hygiene PVC sheet is often the preferred solution as excellent food quality cladding in food preparation areas, kitchens, and clean rooms. We can cut to size.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene has excellent resistance to steam, high impact and chemical resistance. With good flexibility, low water absorption and food compliance it is widely used in the equipment and construction industries. We can cut to size.

Polyethylene

Polyethylene has low density and good low temperature resistance It also boasts good electrical properties, strong chemical and solvent resistance and is food compliant. Frequently used in wear strip and guide applications. We can cut to size.

Nylon

Nylon has superb wear and abrasion resistance, high strength and is excellent for machining. The Cast Nylon 6 range is food compliant, and also available in Nylon 66 and Nylon oil filled grades. We can cut to size.

PTFE

PTFE boasts the lowest co-efficient of friction and a wide temperature range with good chemical resistance. One of the most thermally stable plastic materials, it does not absorb moisture and is widely used in the food and chemical industry. We can cut to size.
