Polyurethane

A light duty food quality belting which is very durable and also oil/grease resistant. This is largely used in the food industry, including cooler belts and on metal detectors. Available in white, and due to demands from the food sector also widely in blue.

PVC

Economic and versatile it is used utilised in a variety of industries from packaging to printing, agricultural to food. It has a good resistance to oils, greases, and chemicals. As with Polyurethane belting can be supplied with fitted flights and sealed edges.

Drive & Transmission

The energy saving properties of these belts make them a key component in many industries including printing, packaging, paper, and board. Additionally, conveyor, drive, folder gluer belt applications. This material is also a favourite in material handling.

Feeder & Labelling

Feeder and Labelling belts are rubber and sponge covered timing belts and flat belts. These are used in the packaging and pharmaceutical industries where product sensitivity means standard belting cannot be used and need a more bespoke solution.

Plastic Modular

Long lasting, this positive drive and low noise belting is used when bends and curved belts are required. A choice of flat or grid top and easily linked together with hinges and rods. Mainly used in the food industry as a hygienic belt choice.

Rubber

Used in heavy duty applications such as quarries, waste, and the sand industry. We can offer as open length or endless belts with an option of fitting flights if required, we also produce punched scrapers to specification in this material.
