Review - July 2026
The team have done it again! July 2026 was our biggest ever month of turnover. The previous record lasted only 3 months from April 2026. An unbelievable achievement from the team in the, often difficult, summer months. Next month already looks like being a good one too. This is testament to the hard work going on in all areas of the business.
We have had sickness, holiday and the hot weather to deal with but the way the guys have pushed on through is fantastic. Dan has been brilliant churning out the work and taking our student Jack under his wing. Lewis has done some very complex work on the plastic side and continues to strive for improved consistency and efficiency. He is going to be busy for the next months on the plastic side as Aron has recently secured a large order from a leading machine manufacturer.
Aron and I have been out and about as much as we can. New customers continue to pop up which is brilliant to see. New business is extremely hard to get in a busy marketplace but we’re consistently doing it. I am off next week and I’ve got no doubts that the team, led by Aron in my absence, will cope just fine.
Wanda and Rhu have got the office humming. Enquiries are being dealt with efficiently, we’re chasing quotes and orders better than we ever have too. The two of them are quite the team.
Some other bits from this month. Amarin announced sponsorship of Yeovil Town Assistant Manager, Darren Simpson. It’s another year with the always wonderful Jack Mann at Gloucester Rugby. The company sponsored our first ever music festival when we supported Aron’s third love (after his family and Amarin) The Godney Gathering. We finished the month with a great afternoon team building.

I’m exhausted. I need a holiday but I am very proud of everyone of the team, including young Jack our T Level student for all their hard work and dedication to the cause.
Thank you as always to our staff, customers and suppliers.
Alex
