As well as doing a wonderful job as our Field Sales Manager Aron (Aron joins) is a huge part of the organisation committee for a local music festival.
The Godney team welcome all to the South West’s remarkable micro festival that has swiftly become a standout experience. The festival has been earning rave reviews both locally and nationally.
Bringing Gatherers, old and young, together since 2011, it’s fair to say the festival has grown from the single stage, outdoor event that it used to be. The journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Over the years it has featured unforgettable performances by renowned artists such as Lightning Seeds, UB40, Feeder, The Darkness, Scouting For Girls, The Zutons and Judge Jules.

But here’s the real magic – they’ve never been about just the headliners. Staying true to their humble beginnings, local music will always have a place at The Godney Gathering. The Glastonbury Calling Stage champions exactly that. This stage uses local talent that’s right on our doorstep. This makes the line up one that South West musicians aspire to be on.
That’s not all, with multiple stages and a range of entertainment, the Gathering is a festival with something for everyone. Festivalgoers are told to make sure they check out the incredibly popular Silent Disco. You can let the younger Gatherers loose in ‘The Playground’. This year ‘The Playground’ features a 3 foot high skate ramp. With 2 experienced tutors on hand for sessions throughout the day and all the necessary equipment provided, the ramp will be open to all who want to learn!
After many successful years now founder Mike Daniells sends a heartfelt thank you to all attendees. “Your unwavering support has enabled us to achieve a sold-out festival EVERY year since 2015.
