January 2026 - Review
2026…here we go!
We’ve started the new calendar year with a bang with our BIGGEST SALES MONTH OF ALL TIME! Beating our previous best from November 2025 this is some achievement from the team. A combination of our December calendar visits, where Aron and I saw all our customers over a 5 week period and a lot of hard work I am very proud of all the team.
There have been a steady stream of new customers this month, which is key to our ongoing growth. Rhu and Wanda have really got the office nailed down now. We’ve never been better at staying on top of emails, suppliers and chasing quotations. Our conversion rate has been top notch this month. In the workshop despite some illness type issues the boys are right up to date, allowing us to quote shorter lead times and secure more work.
As well as an amazing sales month we’ve also done some nice bits and pieces with our sponsorship partners. I hosted Jack Mann at Weston RFC where he oversaw Under 14s training. The kids love Jack and his knowledge and effortless charm is brilliant. In return a group of 8 of us headed up to Kingsholm last Friday to watch Jack return to action for Gloucester against Bath. That night also saw a try scoring performance from fellow Amarin player Dan Frost. Both men stopped by for a chat after the game. We’ve got exciting plans for this year with both before the season is out.
In addition to the rugby boys we added Yeovil Town new signing Ryan Jones to our stable. Ryan joined from Aldershot as Amarin sponsored manager, Billy Rowley‘s, latest signing of a busy month. Ryan replaces Andrew Oluwabori who has returned to Exeter City following his loan spell expiring.
February looks busy already as we chase down not only a record year, but hitting our annual target, and maybe even our higher annual target which would be some achievement. Stay tuned.
