Amarin Visit Yeovil Town FC
As part of our ongoing partnership with Yeovil Town FC we were invited to be guests at training this week. Based at their new training home of Bristol’s SGS Wise Campus Aron and Alex watched the squad get put through their paces on Thursday 8th January.
During a cold and wet session the team prepared for the weekend’s game against Alvechurch FC. The match will be sponsored by Amarin who are hosting customers at Huish Park. With manager Billy Rowley still installing his systems, patterns and style the session was a fascinating watch. Hosted by Commercial & Communications Lead Dan Howell the conversation was wide reaching and focussed on strengthening the relationship in the future.
As sponsor of manager Billy for both the 2025/26 season and the 2026/27 season Aron and Alex were able to have an extended conversation with him. Topics ranged from what we do as a business to how he sees the season playing out. He also extended an open invitation to return to training at any point in the future.

BBC Somerset were on site to conduct their pre-match interviews with the manager and midfielder Luke McCormick. BBC interviewer Jack Killah took time to speak with the team. They discussed Amarin and why we are keen to be involved with local sport.
At the end of training Amarin sponsored player Andrew Oluwabori came over to chat. Andrew thanked Amarin for their support during his time at Yeovil. Andrew’s immediate future (on loan from Exeter City) is still to be determined. Whatever the future holds though we thank him for his association and interaction with us.

Everyone at Amarin is very grateful for the tremendous hospitality. We look forward to achieving our business goals from this partnership. The club thanked Amarin for this ongoing support and hopefully we can get together at Wembley on 17th May.
