Amarin Get Their (Jack) Mann
Amarin Rubber & Plastics Ltd are proud to (finally) announce their sponsored Gloucester Rugby player for this season. Jack Mann, who joins the Cherry & Whites from Glasgow Warriors is Amarin’s latest sponsored athlete.
Jack has already signalled his intention to be involved with Amarin in a number of ways. Keen to interact with our social media team, but also get to work in the community. We have plans to use our relationship with Jack to enhance our profile in our local community. Initial conversations have been held with Weston Rugby Club about a visit. Alex has held discussions with Head of Charitable Delivery, Simon Weaver, about using Jack as part of the Gloucester Rugby Charitable Foundation’s work. Alex, “It is important to us that our sponsored players feel appreciated. We also want them to be keen to build a relationship with the business. We saw with Ross Vintcent last season that finding the right character can lead to long term friendship and great things.”
When Jack signed for Gloucester Rugby, Director of Rugby George Skivington had the following to say.
“First and foremost, Jack is a big and powerful athlete, and that’s exactly the sort of profile we wanted to add to our back row, so that’s really pleasing. We feel he’ll complement our other back row options well.
“Jack’s had a great season, with some phenomenal performances for Glasgow this year and was rightly rewarded with an international call-up for the Six Nations, which shows how highly he’s rated.”
Our sponsorship deal gives us in ground advertising. This plus all the amazing exposure as Jack does his thing on the pitch. Hopefully this is just the start of a long-term relationship with Gloucester Rugby and Jack. We can’t wait to see Jack in the red and white soon.
